Painted Desert EU currently ships from France. We are a French company. If you are ordering within the EU you should not be subject to import and customs duties.

If you are located outside of the EU you may be subject to Import customs, duties, and taxes. We are not responsible for these fees.

We ship on a standard shipping service with a flat rate depending on your location.

Free Shipping on orders over 200 Euros within France

We do not guarantee any shipping time frames due to our flat rate charges.

Orders are shipped Tuesday-Friday. Excluding holidays.

Orders placed over the weekend will not ship until Tuesday/Wednesday.

Pre-sale orders may take 2 weeks or longer to arrive and process.
